Hello, I'm Dan Laughlin. I created Laughlin Design in 1998 to provide research, strategy, and design consulting for the Indianapolis metro area. Today, Laughlin Design represents the culmination of 25 years of my industry experience leading Customer Experience (CX), Experience Design (XD), Product Design, and the crafts of Design, User Experience (UX), Research, and Strategy for global technology consulting companies. Additionally, I serve the Indianapolis area as an trusted advisor and partner in transforming customer and user experiences.
